How long does a typical project take?
Focus is our specialty. Because we work on one project at a time, most interior railing and millwork installations are completed in 10 to 14 business days. We arrive on day one and stay until the final coat of finish is dry.
Do I need to leave my home during construction?
Not at all. We utilize professional-grade HEPA dust extraction systems to keep your air clean and your living space functional. We treat your home with the same respect we’d treat our own.
Do you handle the demolition of my old stairs or railings?
Yes. Our “Free Estimate” includes the careful removal and disposal of your existing materials. We handle the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
What types of wood do you work with?
While we specialize in Pacific Northwest favorites like White Oak, Maple, and Fir, we can source almost any hardwood to match your home’s existing aesthetic.
Do you provide the finishes (stain/paint) as well?
We offer “Turn-Key” service. From the raw timber to the custom-matched stain and protective topcoat, we handle the entire process to ensure a furniture-grade finish that lasts.
Can you incorporate metal or glass into the designs?
Absolutely. We frequently blend traditional woodworking with modern elements like stainless steel cables, wrought iron balusters, or tempered glass panels for a contemporary Northwest look.
Is there a fee for an on-site estimate?
No. We provide complimentary consultations for homeowners within our Western Washington service area. We’ll walk through your space, take measurements, and provide a transparent, line-item quote.
